How entries qualify
The rules that keep the anger honest.
Every substantive entry identifies who acted, who benefited, who paid, and the receipt connecting them. If no donor beneficiary is established, the entry says so instead of inventing one.
Both columns use the same rules: official scores and disbursement records, projections labeled as projections, one policy counted once, and unlike numbers never added together. Where no government score exists — a financial conflict, for example — the entry uses dated disclosures and reported journalism and labels the evidence.
Both parties appear wherever the receipts put them. The borrowing itself is bipartisan. That does not erase what Trump or Republicans did; it keeps every accusation strong enough for a hostile reader to verify. Corrections stay on the record. The point is not neutrality. It is that you can check every line yourself.
