No correction has been issued since this site launched. That's a claim you can hold us to, not a boast — the day a figure, a date, or a beneficiary turns out wrong, it gets fixed and logged here with the date and what changed.
We don't quietly edit a number and move on. The doctrine (see Methodology) is that the record shows its own erasures — a correction that disappears without a trace is worse than the error it fixed.
