Ten million stripped of coverage
Ten million more uninsured — the government's own count.
CBO projects the 2025 law's health rules will leave 10 million more Americans without insurance by 2034 — through Medicaid paperwork, eligibility limits, and insurance-market changes.
That count doesn't include the ACA premium help that's expiring on top of it. Add that in, and analysts put the total near 15 million.
No insurance doesn't mean no illness. It means skipped care, medical debt, the ER as a doctor's office — and higher premiums for everyone still insured.
